Introduction:
This module contains solutions to many of the hydraulic equations that are frequently encountered in soil and water conservation activities. A graphical representation of the selected structure will be displayed with the required inputs defined. In some cases, the computed results are displayed as the data is entered while others are displayed upon command (presuming the data set is complete and correct).
Because it seemed to fit the basic pattern of the program and there was an obvious need, an additional option was added to the program that uses a similar interface to solve a variety of geometic shapes. These solutions are categorized under "mensuration" on the main menu.
The program also includes an option for converting data from one system of units to another.
Printed reports are available from all of the hydraulic solutions that will satisfy most documentation requirements. In addition, graphical reports can be printed from most of the solutions that can be used to communicate your product to the customer.
