Instructions:

All of the files containing programs are compressed using PKZIP (tm) and placed in a self-extracting file (in some cases there are self-extracting files within the main file. Follow instructions that will be contained within these files). The preferred method of preparing the files is to:

    1. create a subdirectory uncompressing the file.
    2. move the downloaded file to this subdirectory.
    3. uncompress the file by entering the filename and pressing return.
    4. (uncompress any other files that are still compressed - as per instructions).
    5. move the files to their "final resting place". (be aware that there might be data files on your system that contain local data that you may not want over written).
    6. remove all residue from the "uncompression" subdirectory for next time.

Manuals that are written in Microsoft Word, will load directly into Word on your system.  If you do not have Word, the file should try to load in Wordpad or whatever software your associates a "doc" file with.  Once the document is loaded on your system, you should save it using "save as" for future use.

Documents that are saved in Adobe format require "Adobe Reader" on your system.  This can be downloaded using:

Once again, the file should be saved using "save as" so that it can be viewed at a later date.
